Hear from Linda Kelleher, Executive Director of Culpepper Garden senior housing in Arlington. Culpepper serves very low-income seniors, partners with Arlington County and other service organizations, and engages volunteers in programs to help enhance well-being and health amongst its residents. Linda will discuss about the challenges of affordable housing in the DMV. Visitors and newcomers are welcome.

The Mission Ministry welcomes Western member Hilary Chapman, Housing Program Manager of the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, and Scott Schenkelberg, Miriam’s Kitchen Chief Executive Officer, to speak about the scope of homelessness in the Metropolitan Washington area and learn about how Miriam’s Kitchen is working hard every day to end homelessness. Find out how you can put your faith in action to support those needing housing.
